Teuta  Toska  dhe  m\u00eb  tej  seancat  plenare  u  mbajt\u00ebn  n\u00eb  Bibliotek\u00ebn  e  Universitetit  t\u00eb  Elbasanit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb  k\u00ebt\u00eb  aktivitet  t\u00eb  r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm  shkencor  ishin  t\u00eb  ftuar  figura  t\u00eb  shquara  n\u00eb  fush\u00ebn  e  Albanologjis\u00eb,  Gjuh\u00ebsis\u00eb  dhe  Let\u00ebrsis\u00eb  t\u00eb  institucioneve  dhe  universiteteve  brenda  dhe  jasht\u00eb  vendit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb  fjal\u00ebn  e  tij,  zv.  rektori  prof.as.dr.  Pe\u00e7i  Naqellari,  u  shpreh  se  \u201cKy  aktivitet  p\u00ebrkon  me  dy  momente  tep\u00ebr  t\u00eb  r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme  p\u00ebr  qytetin  e  Elbasanit:<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb  pari,  p\u00ebrkon  me  vitin  jubilar  t\u00eb  110  vjetorit  t\u00eb  \u00e7eljes  s\u00eb  shkoll\u00ebs  Normale,<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb  dyti,  p\u00ebrkon  me  vigjiljen  e  Dit\u00ebs  s\u00eb  Ver\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb  tej  ai  theksoi  se  \u201cElbasani,  si  nj\u00eb  qytet  i  tradit\u00ebs  dhe  kultur\u00ebs,  ka  arritur  nd\u00ebr  vite  t\u00eb  edukoj\u00eb  e  t\u00eb  arsimoj\u00eb  breza  e  breza  m\u00ebsuesish,  studiuesish  e  akademik\u00ebsh,  t\u00eb  cil\u00ebt  sot  lart\u00ebsojn\u00eb  emrin  e  k\u00ebtij  qyteti.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu  prof.  Naqellari  n\u00ebnvizoi  se  \u201cKonferenca  Shkencore  Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare  \u201cPun\u00ebtor\u00eb  t\u00eb  Shquar  t\u00eb  Albanologjis\u00eb\u201d,  ka  mbledhur  sot  studiues  e  akademik\u00eb  t\u00eb  cil\u00ebt  n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet  punimeve  t\u00eb  tyre  vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb  dhe  lart\u00ebsojn\u00eb  figurat  e  albanologjis\u00eb,  si  nj\u00eb  trash\u00ebgimi  kulturore  e  intelektuale  p\u00ebr  brezat  e  sot\u00ebm  e  t\u00eb  ardhsh\u00ebm  t\u00eb  filolog\u00ebve  shqiptar\u00eb.  Jan\u00eb  pik\u00ebrisht  k\u00ebto  aktivitete  t\u00eb  cilat  zgjerojn\u00eb  e  forcojn\u00eb  lidhjet  e  bashk\u00ebpunimit  me  universitetet  e  tjera  brenda  e  jasht\u00eb  vendit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Universiteti  i  Elbasanit,  ka  mb\u00ebshtetur  dhe  do  t\u00eb  mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb,  \u00e7do  ftes\u00eb  p\u00ebr  bashk\u00ebpunim,  ku  aktor\u00ebt  kryesor\u00eb
