\norganizuan Simpoziumin me tem\u00eb \u201cVLER\u00cbSIMI DHE MISIONI I UNIVERSITETEVE N\u00cb PERSPEKTIV\u00cbN EVROPIANE\u201d.<\/p>\n
Q\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebtij simpoziumi ishte krahasimi i sistemeve t\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit dhe akreditimit t\u00eb universiteteve n\u00eb kontekste t\u00eb ndryshme kulturore dhe shkencore. Ky simpozium iu referua harmonizimit t\u00eb sistemeve universitare n\u00eb perspektiv\u00ebn e nj\u00eb kuadri evropian p\u00ebr arsimin universitar, sipas procesit t\u00eb Bolonj\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aktivitet mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb rektor\u00ebt dhe administrator\u00ebt e universiteteve shqiptare, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e vler\u00ebsuan at\u00eb si t\u00eb parin aktivitet i cili solli n\u00eb fokus problematikat e miradministrimit t\u00eb institucioneve t\u00eb Arsimit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Nj\u00eb n\u00ebntem\u00eb e k\u00ebtij simpoziumi lidhej me europrojektimin, pra me zhvillimin e aft\u00ebsive inovative, p\u00ebr krijimin e profesionist\u00ebve t\u00eb aft\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar projekte t\u00eb financuar me fondet e BE-s\u00eb, si mjet themelor financimi p\u00ebr projekte dhe veprimtari inovative t\u00eb zhvillimit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb sektor\u00ebt.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e tij, Rektori i Universitetit t\u00eb Elbasanit prof. dr. Skender Topi u shpreh se, Universiteti i Elbasanit e nd\u00ebrmori k\u00ebt\u00eb iniciativ\u00eb duke u mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb perspektivat europiane. \u201c\u00cbnd\u00ebrra jon\u00eb – tha ai- \u00ebsht\u00eb integrimi evropian, por q\u00eb t\u00eb arrijm\u00eb atje, duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitemi shpirt\u00ebrisht dhe moralisht n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha fushat\u201d.<\/p>\n
M\u00eb tej ai n\u00ebnvizoi: \u201cElement i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb se, nj\u00eb grup profesor\u00ebsh t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Barit shpalosin n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb simpozium gjith\u00eb eksperienc\u00ebn e tyre shum\u00ebvje\u00e7are n\u00eb raport me ndryshimet q\u00eb po p\u00ebson Arsimi i Lart\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri vitet e fundit. Ky takim le t\u00eb na sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb si nj\u00eb ogur i mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb veten se ku ndodhemi n\u00eb raport me Evrop\u00ebn\u201d.<\/p>\n
Zv. ministri i Arsimit, Ervin Demo, p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndeti k\u00ebt\u00eb iniciativ\u00eb dhe u shpreh se institucionet e Arsimit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb jan\u00eb duke u organizuar. \u201cMinistria konstaton me k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi se, organizimi i brendsh\u00ebm, q\u00eb ndahet n\u00eb dy shtylla kryesore, n\u00eb organizimin akademik dhe at\u00eb administrativ, \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u p\u00ebrmbyllur brenda vitit 2018. Ligji ka parashikuar qart\u00ebsisht, jo vet\u00ebm ndarjen, por edhe n\u00eb harmonizimin e k\u00ebsaj ndarje\u201d.<\/p>\n
Duke u nisur nga rasti i Universitetit t\u00eb Elbasanit, ai ftoi edhe universitetet e tjera q\u00eb t\u00eb nxisin k\u00ebrkimin shkencor dhe krijimin e modeleve m\u00eb t\u00eb mira t\u00eb institucioneve t\u00eb Arsimit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb, si nga universitetet publike, ashtu edhe ato private.<\/p>\n
Rektori i Universitetit \u201cAldo Moro\u201d, Prof. Antonio Felice Uricchio, shprehu konsiderata t\u00eb larta p\u00ebr rektorin e Universitetit t\u00eb Elbasanit prof. Skender Topi duke evidentuar faktin se, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb karrier\u00ebn akademike, ai e ka p\u00ebrfunduar n\u00eb Itali. Prof. Uricchio ka p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetur raportet e mira t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimit mes universiteteve shqiptare dhe atyre italiane dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me Ministrin\u00eb e Arsimit.<\/p>\n
Gjithashtu ai u tregua i gatsh\u00ebm q\u00eb t\u00eb demonstroj\u00eb eksperienc\u00ebn e Universitetit t\u00eb Barit n\u00eb kuadrin e reformimit t\u00eb universiteteve shqiptare.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb simpozium e mor\u00ebn fjal\u00ebn profesor\u00eb t\u00eb njohur t\u00eb universiteteve italiane, profesor\u00eb dhe administrator\u00eb t\u00eb universiteteve shqiptare t\u00eb cil\u00ebt k\u00ebmbyen eksperiencat p\u00ebr nj\u00eb p\u00ebrqasje evropiane t\u00eb Arsimit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb fund materialet e k\u00ebtij e simpoziumi do t\u2019i shp\u00ebrndahen gjith\u00eb universiteteve shqiptare.<\/p>\n
