Diplomat e fituara jasht\u00eb vendit duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb njohura nga MASR;<\/li>\n<li>t\u00eb ket\u00eb grad\u00ebn Doktor i Shkencave n\u00eb profilin psiko-pedagogjik;<\/li>\n<li>t\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb pune n\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnie n\u00eb arsimin e lart\u00eb dhe vler\u00ebsime pune nga titullar\u00eb;<\/li>\n<li>t\u00eb zot\u00ebroj\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb huaj per\u00ebndimore e mbrojtur dhe e v\u00ebrtetuar me d\u00ebshmi;<\/li>\n<li>t\u00eb ket\u00eb botime\/publikime n\u00eb profilin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs;<\/li>\n<li>t\u00eb ket\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb konferenca brenda dhe jasht\u00eb vendit me tematik\u00eb brenda  profilit t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar;<\/li>\n<li>t\u00eb ket\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb pune\/pjes\u00ebmarrjeje n\u00eb projete t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb k\u00ebrkimit shkencor n\u00eb arsimin e lart\u00eb;<\/li>\n<li>t\u00eb ket\u00eb aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb mira komunikuese e t\u00eb pun\u00ebs n\u00eb grup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kandidat\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb dor\u00ebzojn\u00eb pran\u00eb Drejtoris\u00eb s\u00eb Burimeve Njer\u00ebzore Protokoll Arkiv t\u00eb Rektoratit t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Elbasanit \u201cAleksand\u00ebr Xhuvani\u201d dokumentacionin e k\u00ebrkuar n\u00eb rrug\u00eb postare apo n\u00eb zarf t\u00eb mbyllur nga data 03.09.2018 deri dat\u00eb 14.09.2018 k\u00ebto dokumente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>K\u00ebrkes\u00eb me shkrim (Plot\u00ebsimi i formularit te aplikimit).<\/li>\n<li>C.
